| Abstract: | In our vocational and technical college, we should lay stress on both "college education basing on morals "and "education basing on laws"because we want to produce high quality and ability youth. At the same time,we should lay stress on the subject consciousness of starting an undertaking,consciousness of rival, conscious-ness of offering and consciousness of obtaining employment. |
