| 摘 要： | 产学研合作是推动和发展高职教育的有效途径。高职院校要从与企业、行业合作的特点、要求，培养人才方式到与企业、行业建立培养人才的目标一致的动力机制、共守协议的行为机制、优势互补的选择机制、互惠互利的利益机制出发，以确保高职教育产学研合作得以顺利实施。

| Abstract: | Production-study-research cooperation is an efficient way to push forward and develop higher vocational education. Higher vocational technology institutes must begin to work from college-enterprise-cooperation characteristic, requirement and talents training mode, and from mechanism of talents training target, behavior, choosing and benefit to ensure the production-study-research cooperation implementing smoothly. |
