| 摘 要： | 在当前建设和谐校园的背景下,高校校园文化建设存在认识上、制度上和成效上的不足。推行校园文化二级管理,厘清学校和院系两级文化职能,理顺学校与院系文化之间、院系文化之间的关系问题,是高校建设先进校园文化。建设和谐校园的趋向选择。

| Abstract: | When we are constructing a harmonious campus at present,there is still much to be improved in recognition,system and effciency.It tends to be the best choice to carry out two-level management in the campus culture construction so as to make clear the respective roles of the college and its faculties or departments in the construction of campus culture,to balance the relationship between the college and its faculties or departments,and to succeed in the construction of advanced culture and harmonious campus. |
