| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生的就业情况直接关乎到社会的和谐与稳定。首先分析高校就业困难学生群体的划定,然后从四个方面阐述如何建设高校就业困难学生群帮扶体系:即要建立规范化的就业辅导课程、进行专业学习阶段的就业指导、实施差异化教育培养方式、开拓就业市场并积极参与市场就业联盟。

| Abstract: | The employment of college graduates is directly linked with social harmony and stability. This paper dis- cusses how to classify the students who have difficulty in finding jobs, how to build a supporting system in university to help these students from four aspects - - standardized career guidance courses, career guidance in different leafing peri- od, differentiated education and training methods, opening up employment market and actively participating in the em- ployment market alliance. |
