| 摘 要： | 1997年以来,农民收入变化呈现出收入增长缓慢、农民与城镇居民之间以及农民之间硕儒差距持续扩大两大突出问题.造成该问题的原因是多方面的,笔者试从我国农业生产基础条件差,生产率低;农村公共产品供给不足;城乡二元社会结构长期存在三个方面进行了深入研究,并得出结论.

| Abstract: | Two problems have been presented to farmer's income since 1997.Firstly,farmer's income increases slowly.Secondly,the income gap between farmers and farmers,farmers and citizens extends sustainable.Mainly,three causes lead to above problems mentioned: fundamental cause is that the efficiency of agricultural production is too low;indirect cause is that the provision of rural public goods is too lack;and institutional cause is that the two structure of rural and urban society is still existing. |
