潜艇后段壳体的优化设计

摘    要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS中优化分析模块,对潜艇后段壳体的关键尺寸进行优化.在满足强度、刚度、稳定性和工艺等条件下,以减少其变形量及体积,使壳体的各项性能得以提高.通过有限元分析给出圆柱壳体的变形和应力分布图,从应力分布图中可以明显的看到设计中较弱的部位以及传力不好的部位,设计人员可对应力分布图中显示较弱的部位进行局部加强或使结构受力更为合理.

Abstract:Using optimization module of ANSYS,to optimize rigidity and volume of the after paragraph shell of submarine with typical structure.Under the condition of meeting stability,intensity,rigidity and craft,in order to reduce its deformation amount and volume.Every performance of shell is improved.Through Finite element analysis the cylindrical shell of the deformation and stress distribution is given.From stress distribution we can obviously see the design of low-power,as well as parts of the bad parts,designers can strengthen the weak local structure of the distribution of stress map,so that the force is more reasonable.
