| 摘 要： | 通过解构现阶段国内中小企业的融资现状,分析了造成中小企业融资困难的内外因素。并结合我国资本市场现状和现阶段中小企业的具体情况,分析了中小企业融资困难的内部成因和外部环境因素,提出了完善中小企业内部治理结构和优化中小企业发展的外部环境的解决策略,以期为国内中小企业发展过程中解决此类问题提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | In this work,the financing difficulties of SME were analyzed from the interior and external through deconstruction the status quo of domestic SME financing at this stage.According to the present situation of the domestic capital market and the specific situation of SME,the solutions to the inside and outside difficulties of domestic SME financing were proposed from enterprise itself and the domestic financial system reformation.The objective is to provide reference for this kind of problem in the growth process of SME. |
