| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the engineering training model combining the meaning,characteristics and significance of analysis of it to manage the challenges of higher vocational students and proposes to build a combination of engineering based on the concept of student work,and strengthen integration of engineering-based educational content ideological based on engineering and innovation with initiatives such as student management system. |
