| 摘 要： | 管理是一个组织能够正常运转，提高工作绩效的最主要手段。目标管理是美国著名管理学家德鲁克提出的，它强调“自我控制”。把这一管理模式引入我们职业教育的管理中十分必要，对推动职业教育的改革与发展有较大的促进作用。

Target management, which lays emphasis on self-control, was put forward by the famous American administrator Druck.
