| 摘 要： | 博士生教育的生师比是影响博士培养质量的重要因素。通过对五所研究型大学调查发现,我国博士生教育的生师比存在过高与过低并存、"两头偏大",以及生师比偏高使部分博士生接受导师指导频率偏低等问题。

| Abstract: | Ratio of students to teaching staff of doctoral education has a great effect on the quality of doctor's cultivation. From five universities'research survey,we found that there were both too high and too low in the ratio of students to teaching staff for doctoral education,doctoral students could receive little guidance from their tutors because of too high ratio of students to teaching staff. |
