| 摘 要： | ɑ-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂是治疗2型糖尿病的新药,它通过与ɑ-葡萄糖苷酶发生竞争性抑制作用而达到降低餐后血糖的目的。本文对ɑ-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的种类、临床效果、中药提取等方面进行综述。
