| 摘 要： | 由于现代企业的所有权和经营权分离，如何使所有者的利益最大化，无论在理论界还是在实践界都没有得到很好的解决。本文先从企业理论入手，从理论上解释了如何使所有者的利益最大化，并在这些理论的基础上，指出了在实践中如何保障所有者的利益。
