| 摘 要： | 技术可以分为四种基本形态和六个等级 ,这可以作为技术商品定价的理论依据。此外 ,技术市场具有七种功能类型 ,它们的经济收入性质也不一致。为了提高我国科技市场的管理水平 ,本文提出改变我国现有的科层 -有核式管理机构组织设计为矩阵式组织设计。

The first inquiry about technology classification and organization design of technology market |

| Abstract: | Technology can be divided into four basic patterns and six grades, which can be considered as theoretical foundation for a value-judging of technology merchandise. Besides, technology market has seven functions with different income characters. In order to improve the management level of technology market in our country, the paper will put forward changing a hierarchic and nucleated organization design into a matrix. |
