高师院校体育课内外一体化教学模式实效性研究——以内江师范学院为例

以大学生体协为平台，构建高师院校体育课内外一体化教学模式．在优化课堂教学的基础上，发挥课堂教学对课外体育的辐射功能，通过指导教师、体育系专修班学生、其他系的学生骨干成员的专项分工，共同参与体协建设，组织课外竞赛及健身活动，实现大学生课外体育的自我管理，能激发同学们参与运动的兴趣，营造校园健身氛围，对增强大学生体质有较为显著的效果．
