| 摘 要： | 行为是观察幼儿的一个“窗口”，通过行为我们可以了解他们的身心发展水平。从这个角度看，对幼儿的管理主要体现在对其行为的管理上。文章在分析幼儿行为管理的依据后，探讨幼儿行为问题的成因，提出幼儿行为管理应采用先入为主的预防策略、行为强化的控制策略和行为矫正的转变策略。
