| 摘 要： | 高等学校干部腐败,是高校领导干部利用手中的权力违反社会规范谋取个人利益的行为,而这种行为总是在一定的腐败心理的影响和支配下发生的。在新形势下,研究引发腐败的心埋,采取有效措施,对于遏制腐败蔓延,具有一定的现实意义。
