| Abstract: | The Reference Union have advantages of knowledge sharing,double wins and collaborations,as a mainstream service delivery model in future.The interactive management style also reflects its unique advantages compatibling with the network alliance：user experiences,user agility,pluralistic and holistic information,and brand effect.These advantages coupled with reasonable and long-lasting operational mechanism will promote its improvement and development. |
