中国省际技术创新能力的决定

 从理论和实证两个方面考察了近年来我国技术创新水平的决定问题。利用启发式理论分析方法，把转轨经济的一些重要特征融进新增长经济学内生技术变迁的理论中，从而发展起一个揭示转轨经济条件下技术创新源泉的分析框架。在这个框架下，估计了一个统计上稳健的技术生产函数。估计结果显示，技术创新能力的基本决定力量和技术创新活动的规模经济效应很好地解释了转轨期间我国技术知识生产的特征和省际间技术创新水平的发散模式。

The determinants of innovative capacity among provinces in China

Motivated by differences in innovation across provinces,this paper examines the determinants of innovation under the transi- tion process.Following appreciative theorizing in innovation economics,the characteristics of transition economy are introduced into the model of endogenous change of technology.On the base of this framework,a robust technology production function is estimated.The results suggest that the determinants are more nuanced than the limited factors highlighted by ideas-driven growth theory.According to the trends of the patent,provinces are categorized.Decomposition of the growth rate of the trends discloses that technology stock and innovative investment are the main driving forces and that the economy of scale and learning effect induce the divergence of the technol- ogy across the provinces.
