| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是对马克思主义的发展理论的继承和重要发展。学习马克思的发展理论，有利于深入理解科学发展观的思想来源、理论创新、精神实质和重大意义。为了更好地贯彻执行科学的发展观，需要对广大人民最关注的社会主义发展的重点目标、市场经济的两重效应与宏观调控、新世纪新阶段教育发展的先导地位等问题进行深入探索。

| Abstract: | The scientific view of development carries forward Marxian development theory. A knowledge of Marxian development theory helps to understand the root, innovation, essence and importance of the idea of scientific view of development. In order to uphold the scientific view of development, a study on the key objectives of socialism, positive and negative effects of market economy and macro-control, leading role of education is necessary. |
