中专升格高职后教师的心理健康问题及对策

通过对中专升格高职后的教师的心理健康进行调查,发现教师在学校升格后,其心理健康状况与普通本科院校教师相比明显偏低。主要存在对高等职业教育内涵认识不足、面对新的岗位要求心理压力增大、在教学管理上心理调控能力不强等问题,为此,从政府、学校和教师自身提出优化教师心理素质的相关对策建议。

Psychological Health Problems and Countermeasures of Teachers in Higher Vocational Schools Upgraded from Secondary Vocational Schools
