教师校本自培的实践研究

摘    要:教师的培养一般包括两个部分,职前学历教育和职后进修提高。各国对教师职后进修的研究结果认为,教师的发展只能发生在任职学校。贯彻终身教育思想,结合目前我国教师培训的现状,提出学校自培这一概念,并给出要应的工作目标、内容和方法,从而构建起学校自培体系来促进教师的自主发展。

Abstract:Teachers' cultivation usually includes two parts: pre-occupation schooling and post-occupation training. A researchin teacher post-occupation training in all countries has come to the conclusion that teachers' development can only beachieved in their own schools. In this paper, according to the present situation of teacher training in our country, the conceptof school self-training is put forward in order to carry out the idea of life-long education. The corresponding working goals,contents and methods are also given to build up school self-training system, thus teachers' independent development will bepromoted.
