体育生态的敏感因素与体育系统的良性循环

就体育人才、体育信息、政策法规体系3方面探讨体育生态敏感因素与系统良性循环的关系。结论认为，体育人才是促进体育生态系统不断进化和跃升的主要因素，体育人口是决定系统能量流的主体；体育信息是维持和调节体育生态系统状态的重要因素，体育生态中信息不对称现象及其利用，可以决定体育竞赛的成败；体育政策法规是体育生态系统良性循环的行政和伦理道德保证，竞赛规程和比赛规则是其技术保证和生命保障，尤其比赛规则是描摹运动项目生命的基因谱，是运动项目本质特征的文本体现。

Sensitive Factors of Sport Ecology and Virtuous Circle of Sport System

From sport talent, sport information and policies and regulations system, this paper discusses the relation between sensitive factor of sport ecology and virtuous circle of sport system. The result shows that sport talent is the main factor promoting the continuous evolution and progress of sport ecologic system. Sport population is the main body deciding systemic energy flow. Sport information is main factors keeping and adjusting sport ecologic system state. The information asymmetry and utilization of sport ecology can determine the win and lose of sport competition. Sport policies and regulations is the ethical and administrative guarantee for virtuous circle of sport ecologic system. Sport regulation and competition rule is the technical and life guarantee,especially for competition rule,it is the gene table that depicts sport events and version reflection of sport event basic character.
