| Abstract: | The enormous dangers and influence are usually caused by the emergencies.According to the law of emergencies development,this paper discusses to establish a complete mechanism of emergency management,make a detail predictive plan for preventing,handling and rehabilitating of the emergencies,which it has a vital significance in protecting the safety of people's lives and properties,and maintaining the stability of society and nation as well. |
