Abstract:Since the beginning of the "eleventh five-year period",Beijing Institute of Education has made great achievements in Beijing school leader training programs.Guided by the principle of "serving the needs of principals;the alignment of learning,study and action;professional development;" these programs adopted the strategies of "resource integration;quality first;and the unity of training and research",which contribute to the great achievements.
