摘    要:中国餐饮业的发展已明显呈现出品牌化、规模化发展趋势。在餐饮规模不断扩大的同时,也暴露出企业发展急功近利、急于扩张规模、产品创新艰难、集团增长乏力等缺陷。而这些问题的背后,仍然是一个长期困扰餐饮企业发展的致命性瓶颈——人才建设。突破瓶颈的有效途径之一,就是要提升员工培育水准,构建适应未来企业发展需要的基础素质、综合素质的培育体系。这是餐饮企业走出困境的根本所在。

Abstract:The trend of restaurant and food industry development in China is obviously developing towards brand names and large scales.However,with the expansion of the industry,many problems have come,which include eager ness for quick success and instant benefits;eager ness for quick expansions;difficulty in developing new products;and weak in growth.The reason behind all of these problems is still the bottleneck problem in the development of the food industry that has been bothering the industry all the time-personnel development.One of the ways of effectively breaking this bottleneck is employee's training.An education system meeting the needs of development of the industry for basic training and comprehensive trainings is necessary.This will be the key for the industry to get out of the difficulties and enjoy longevity.
