| 摘 要： | 由于文件类型及带宽的限制，以传统的方式从网上下载一个多媒体文件，常常要花数小时的时间，并且在文件下载完之前是无法打开和观看的，为了解决这个问题，流媒体技术应运而生，流媒体技术可以让多媒体文件连续，实时传送播放，由此用户不必像以前那样再等再整个文件全部下载完毕，而是基本可以边下载边观看。本文对流媒体技术的国内外发展应用现状及尚存在的问题做了详尽的阐述。
