| 摘 要： | 汽车制造业及相关技术的发展,客观上要求建立与之相适应的汽车检测与维修人才培养模式.北京电子科技职业学院汽车检测与维修专业在调查分析的基础上,以工学结合为指导思想构建"1-4-1"人才培养模式,即第一学期整合公共基础课,以活动为载体,为专业学习服务;第二、三、四、五学期以学习领域专业课程为主.使学生形成专业能力;第六期学期为企业顶岗实习,侧重于发展学生的创造性思维.
