| Abstract: | The article firstly introduces the specific framework,the general idea and the implementation of the program of the ＂title and Order-Type for Engineering alternating＂ talent training Mode which based on the example of Chain Management Major of SuZhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture.Secondly,it summarizes the characteristics of the training mode,Lastly,it also puts forward suggestions on improving the training mode for future development. |
