| 摘 要： | 信息技术和信息产业正在改变着传统的生产方式、经营方式和生活方式，在分析了信息社会的企业生态环境和相应的企业管理范式变革的基础上，比较了中国改革开放前后企业生态环境的变化以及与信息社会企业生态之间的关系，探讨了中国企业管理的变革及发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Information technology and information industry are changing traditional production, type of operation and even life style. Through analyzing the enterprise ecology in information society, this paper explains the changes of paragon of enterprise management, and has compared the change of enterprise's ecological environment before and after reform and opening-up in China, and the relation with enterprises' ecological of information society. Based on this, the paper has probed into the changes and development trends of China's business management. |
