| 摘 要： | 本文将关于村干部的激励强度划分为“工作满意度评价”、“工作难易度评价”与“留任意愿评价”三个替代指标。通过分析第一手农村调查数据并建立Logistic模型，研究了“工资报酬”、“社会声誉”、“发展机会”及“规范化村治制度”等激励因素对村干部激励强度的贡献情况。

| Abstract: | This paper studies village cadres' incentive on three dimensions,such as job-satisfaction evaluation,job- difficulty evaluation and job-retaining will.After analyzing the first investigated rural data and building Logistics Mod- el,this paper has studied four incentive elements like payment,reputation,developmental chance and institutions of ru- ral governance,whose contribution to village cadres' allover incentive. |
