汉语母语课程定名“语文”的价值判断

摘    要:汉语母语课程由中学"国文",小学"国语"合称为"语文",这是由当时的学科背景和社会背景决定的。汉语母语课程更名"语文"对于统一课程名称、确立教学目标、明确教学方向有重大而深远的意义。但由于这一名称存在固有的缺陷,对汉语母语课程造成了一定的负面影响,随着人们对汉语母语课程认识的进一步加深,加之国际间的交流与融合不断加强,它依存的背景发生了巨大的改变,因此有必要重新确立名称。

Abstract:The Chinese mother tongue curriculum was first named "National Language" in the middle schools and "Mother Tongue" in primary schools,later on,they were combined into "Chinese",which was a result of the then subject and social backgrounds.The change of the curriculum name into "Chinese" was helpful to the unity of the curriculum name,to the setting up of the teaching targets,to the confirmation of the teaching direction.However,due to its internal defects,it has brought about some negative effects to the Chinese mother tongue curriculum.With people's further recognition of the mother tongue curriculum and the ever-increasing international communication,the background against which it has existed has changed,which means a necessity of changing its name.
