美国教师教育与多元文化的共生关系分析

摘    要:共生是一种关系的思维方式,目前逐渐应用于教育研究.美国教师教育与多元文化之间存在一种复杂的共生关系.这种共生关系是一个由寄生共生向偏利共生,最终向互惠共生不断发展的动态过程.它经历了从低层次向高层次的转化,初步形成并走向发展.每个共生关系具有其时代诉求的必然性,是时空坐标中美国教师教育与多元文化的因应选择.借鉴美国的经验,我们应树立教师教育与少数民族文化的互惠共生观,培养对教师教育与少数民族文化的互惠共生认知,构建教师教育与少数民族文化的互惠共生项目.

Abstract:Symbiosis is a mode of thinking of relationship, gradually used in educational research at present. The symbiotic relationship between American teacher's education and multiculture is complex. It is undergoing a dynamic and endless process from parasitic symbiosis to commensalism and finally to mutualism. With its development, it transformed from low level into high level. Every symbiotic relationship has necessity of era demand. It is the inevitable choice of American teacher's education and multiculture. By drawing on America's experience, we should not only establish the concept of mutualism between teacher education and cultural minority, but also cultivate the cognition and construct the symbiotic project.
