| 摘 要： | 现代教育技术的进步，使计算辅助教学和网络教育得以空前发展，成为２１世纪教育改革的重头戏，而课件建设则是计算机辅助教学和网络教育的重中之重。本文主要是阐述笔者在课件设计开发过程中的一些体会，并浅析了成人学校在多媒体课件开发中的一些问题，供广大业内人士借鉴、参考。
