| Abstract: | According to the social needs training vocational technique and skills to the strudents is the main work of vocational colleges. The training aims of each speciality offered in the college are very clear. And the difference between the vocational education and common education is that vocational colleges combine theory with practice. So teacher management plays an importat role in reforming the vocational education. |
