| 摘 要： | 随着形势的变化，成人高校教育对象也发生了变化，因此要加强和改进成人高校学生德育工作．成人高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，学生的思想政治教育和德育工作是实施素质教育的首要任务和基础，应从分析成人高校学生的特点出发，突出针对性、实效性的具体对策．把工作做深做细、落到实处，以全面推进素质教育，按照培养目标，培养出合格的人才．

In order to put the quality education forward in all round fields it is necessary for us to strengthen and improve the moral education work. This article presents the directed and efficient way to deal with the situation by analyzing the students'characteristics. |
