论我国体育教育的百年嬗变与重构

摘    要:通过对我国体育教育百余年来历史嬗变的考察,从中发现我国体育教育发展经历了从无到有,从模仿、照搬到借鉴、融合之路,这给我们带来诸多启示:本土特色是体育教育发展之本,政府重视是体育教育发展的关键,以学生为本是体育教育发展的灵魂,非均衡发展是体育教育发展的常态,体育教育理论发展的渐次性趋于成熟。分析了当前我国体育教育发展的困境:体育教育的可持续发展问题,体育教育的质量问题,终身体育教育问题,并对我国体育教育重构提出设想:树立"自主发展"的体育思想;以学生为本,和谐发展;以身心健康为核心,重新制定评价标准;融合国际化,立足本土化;面向未来,构建新的体育教育体系。

Abstract:This paper makes a historical survey on the developing progress of Chinese physical ed- ucation in the past one hundred years.The development goes through the way from without to existence,from imitation and copy to choice and mixture.It is inspired from the change that do- mestic feature is the essential of physical education development,the government attention is the key of physical education development,the student-centered is the soul of physical education de- velopment,non-balanced development is normality of physical education development and the the- ory of physical education is slowly matured.It makes an objective analysis of the difficulties fa- cing the development of Chinese physical education:sustainable problem,the quality problem and life-long problem of physical education.Some reconstruction conceptions are put forwarded:self- development physical education concept,student-centered,harmonious development,physical and mental-cored,rebuild evaluation standard,domestic-rooted concept with internationalization,fa- cing future and building new physical education system.
