图书馆员绩效考核的模糊综合评价

摘    要:为了合理、科学地评价图书馆员的德才表现和工作业绩,从德、能、勤、绩、廉五个方面建立图书馆员绩效考核指标体系,采用模糊综合评价方法,将定性指标定量化,从而使得评价结果更为客观、准确,实现全员考核的科学化、制度化。

Performance Assessment of librarian Based on the Method of Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation

Abstract:In order to rational,scientific evaluation of the moral and academic librarians performance and job performance,this article established the library staff performance evaluation index system from moral,ability,diligence,achievements and incorruptible,using fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to quantify the qualitative indicators,which made the evaluation results more objective,accurate,and to achieve full assessment of the scientific and systematic manner.
