The Problems and Contradictions Japanese Universities Facing in the Course of Implementing the New Curriculum of Teachers Certificate of Qualification

At the end of the 20 century,Japanese Universities made new reform on the curriculum of teacher certificate of qualification. However,there are a lot of problems and contradictions we should pay more attention to,because the emergence and the forming reason for the problems can provide us some inspiration concerning how to establishing the open teachers' training system in universities in our country.
