| 摘 要： | 美国的基础研究最初是与国防紧密联系在一起,所以研究美国国防基础研究,尤其是体现政策和管理外化的国防基础研究资助很有意义。本文从统计数据和资助过程分析了美国国防基础研究资助机制和管理特点,希望对我国基础研究工作起到积极的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The basic research in the US originally was closely connected with defense.Therefore,it is significant to stud- y the basic research in the US defense system,especially to study the funding of basic research,namely the externalized policy and management results.The paper analyzes the features of the USA's defense basic research funding and man- agement.It is expected to be of positive implications for China's basic research management. |
