| 摘 要： | 中职教育“三段式”的课程体系,是一种“学科本位”思想的体现,具有很大的局限性,构建“岗位能力本位”课程体系成为当前中职课程改革的重要趋势。课程体系改革可以有效解决中职教育长久以来存在的矛盾,促进教育教学观念转变,优化教师队伍,改变中职办学的低水平状况。
