| 摘 要： | 专业学位与相关职业资格准入匹配是近年日本专业学位改革的一大特点。这种匹配就实质而言是一种产学合作的人才培养模式,其核心是引导行业协会直接参与专业人才的培养,根据行业准入要求规划培养内容与质量标准。专业学位与职业资格匹配对强化学校与行业用人单位的结合、推动专业人才培养切实面向行业发展需要具有积极的意义。

Characteristics and Problems of Professional Integration in Japanese Professional Degree Education |

| Abstract: | The integration of graduate education into profession qualification is one of the most important characteristics of Japanese profession degree reform.This integration is an education-work market cooperation educational pattern.The key issue is to have the professional associations taken part into the education process,and set university curriculum and outcome standards based on its professional qualification requirements.This pattern strongly encourages the cooperation between educational facilities and job market.It plays an important role in educating graduates who meet the requirements of the development of their industry,and also the job market. |
