摘    要:职业教育在我国是一个新生事物,在探索中发展和在发展中探索将是我们在今后一段较长时间内必须走过的一个痛苦历程。职业教育理念是探索中的重点,理念来自于市场,有怎样的市场就应当推崇相应的理念。紧紧把握职业教育培养劳动者的素质、提高劳动者的劳动生产率是推动职业教育发展的关键;统筹兼顾、资源共享、拓展劳动力就业渠道是职业教育求得发展的理论基础;职业院校在专业设置,人才培养方向等方面应具有前瞻性和多元化思考,畏缩依赖不利于职业教育的可持续发展。

Abstract:Vocational education in China is a new thing. Exploration and development will be over a longer period in the future, which we must be gone through a painful journey. Firmly grasping the vocational education, training quality of workers and improving worker productivity is the key to the development of vocational education; Integrated, resource sharing and expanding employment are the theoretical foundation to achieve the development of vocational education; Vocational institutions in the professional setting, the direction of areas such as personnel training should be forward-looking and pluralistic thinking; Shrinking to rely on vocational education is not conducive to sustainable development.
