论影响大学生就业的自我人文障碍

大学生由于观念、态度、价值观、人文技能等方面的原因,被挡在了就业门槛之外,或是虽然实现了暂时就业很快又失去了工作岗位。影响大学生就业的自我人文障碍,加大了大学生的就业无力感,创业发展中的成就不足感。大学生应从实际出发,实事求是地找出自己的不足,克服纠正。这也提醒我们高等教育应当更加关注大学生的全面发展。

Study of The Self-imposed Humanistic Obstacles that Affect College Students'''' Employment

Owing to factors of notion,attitude,values and human skills,many college graduates are kept out of the threshold of employment or lose their jobs soon after a short period of working.These self-imposed humanistic obstacles have increased college students' sense of helplessness in front of employment and their sense of lack of accomplishment in their career. College students should start out from their reality and be practical in finding their own problems and making adjustment.And accordingly our higher education should place more attention on the all-round development of college students.
