高校教师面对学生评教的态度及其原因

摘    要:目前正被许多高校作为教学管理手段普遍使用的、总结性的学生评教在现实中是为教师群体所排斥的,其成因主要在于:学生评教特点的影响、学校奖惩性的管理效应的影响、我国传统的儒家文化对教师权威价值取向的影响、教师——特殊角色身份的心理需求的影响以及现行的学生评教体系本身的科学性缺失的影响。学生评教若想获得教师的认可并取得实效必须确立、践行发展性的教师评价理念。

Abstract:The students'evaluation of teaching,which is widely used at present as a means of summing-up and management of teaching,is practically rejected by teachers,and the main reasons lie in:the effects of the students'evaluation,the effects of the management of rewards and punishments,the effects of the traditional Confucianist culture on the teachers value of authority,the effects of psychological needs of teachers,and the effects of lack of science in the evaluation of teaching.In order to obtain approval from the teachers and have practical results,it's necessary to set up and carry out a conception of developing evaluation of teaching.
