| 摘 要： | 通过对高级应用型人才的劳动力市场供求状况和高级应用型人才培养现状的分析,认为入世后过渡期我国高级应用型人才培养面临着严峻的挑战;从国民经济运行角度阐释了高级应用型人才的作用和地位,对未来我国高级应用型人才培养提出相应的政策建议。
