摘    要:高校人力资源档案主要以教职员工个人为基本"单元",真实而全面地记录高校教职员工的综合信息。其管理的质量优劣及完善与否,将直接影响到高校优秀人才的选任、教学水平的提高、科研层次的提升以及综合管理的效果等领域,制约着高校办学方向与长远发展战略的实施。基于此,本文对强化高校人力资源档案管理的作用绩效、动力来源、基本策略等进行了深入探讨。

Abstract:Archives of universities’ human resources have recorded the comprehensive information of all the university teachers by taking each person as a "unit".The quality and the development of the management have a direct effect on the selection of universities’ excellent persons,the improvement of teaching standard,the promotion of the research level,the results of comprehensive management and so on.It also restricts the effective implements of the university’s further development and the direction of running universities.As a result,the thesis deeply discusses the effects of management of universities’ human resources archives,the power resources and the basic tactics.
