略述中国古代档案机构变迁——从保存典籍到辅佐治政

档案机构是维系档案工作完整性与连续性不可或缺的载体,在古代中国,帝王及其政权力量对档案等历史记录和文化典籍的高度重视和严密的垄断性封锁,将其作为实施政治统治的重要"武器"秘藏于专门的档案存放场所和管理机构中。档案机构在唐宋以前不仅保存档案,还保管有图书、文物等其他物品,唐宋以后出现的甲库、架阁库、黄册库等则是档案机构的代名词。从中国古代颇具特色的档案机构角度出发进行研究,有助于研究中国档案史。

The Evolution of Archives Institutions in Ancient China

Archives institutions is the indispensable carriers to maintain the integrity and the continuity of archives work,in ancient China,emperors and their political power strength attached great importance to the history archives and cultural records,they also imposed a tight blockade on them and stored them in special places or institutions as the important political "weapons".The archives institutions before the Tang dynasty were not only save records but also keep books and cultural relics and other items,after that,there appeared many organizations which were synonymous with the archival institutions such as "Jiaku","Jiageku"," Huangceku"and so on.It is necessary and worth exploring for us to study the evolution,background and specific operation methods of these archival institutions.In this paper,I am trying to clarify the history of Chinese archives from the perspective of the archives institutions in China’s ancient time.
