| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，中国的体育事业发生了翻天覆地的变化。回顾风雨历程，清理思想脉络，总结经验和教训，寻找发展轨迹，是中国体育持续发展的必要之举。从改革开放与体育发展的关系、高水平竞技、学校体育、全民健身的改革和发展趋势、体育理论的探索创新等方面，可以完整展示中国体育的最令人振奋的历程；面对改革开放以来体育理论和实践的发展进行综合性评价，对体育改革的深化可以起到促进作用。

| Abstract: | World-shaking changes have taken place in Chinese sports and P. E. since the adoption of reform and opening policy. Tracking its development is crucial in clarifying our conception and seeking inspiration for the furtherance of Chinese sports. This thesis intends to unfold the exciting development of Chinese sports from multiple perspectives, regarding the relationship between the reforms and sports, high-standard sports competition, school sports, reforms and trends on mass fitness, the exploration and innovation of sports theories. And for the first time, the thesis thoroughly evaluates the sports theories and practice after the reform and opening-up in the hope of playing an active role in promoting the reform on Chinese sports. |
