| 摘 要： | 针对网络进入课堂后在教学组织与管理中所引发的一系列问题,笔者通过对网络环境下课堂教学的特点、传统课堂教学组织与管理策略和网络环境下课堂教学中所出现的一些问题的剖析、梳理和反思,就如何加强和改进网络环境下的课堂教学,从组织与管理的角度提出了一些改进性的建议。

Through analyzing these problems and thinking, comparing the traditional method and the new method ,the writer provide some new ideas how to organize and manage the classroom that is based on the electric network environment in the article. |
