浙江省“一主+四次”格局下的金衢丽城市团发展构想

长三角城市群背景下的浙江省城市体系正在形成“一主+四次”的发展构架。金华市位于浙江省行政单元的中心,在构建金衢丽城市团过程中具有重要作用。“金衢丽”城市团以金华市为核心,通过整合“衢州市+丽水市”形成,在“承接南北+连接东西”过程中扮演着重要角色。龙游县、武义县分别在“金华市-衢州市”“金华市-丽水市”城市链上扮演着节点中心地角色;“金华市-浦江县-诸暨市-绍兴市”城市链是金华市与杭州市连接在一起的通道。除了构建城市链外,也要依托区位条件优越和发展基础较好的乡镇中心地发展微中心,进而形成次级城市团,在较高级别的中心地间扮演纽带角色。构建城市链和在中心地之间形成鼎足发展构架,能够快速提升全域城市化水平,在此期间需要适当介入行政力量,使中心地布局更加合理和有计划。

Under the background of Yangtze river delta urban agglomerations,Zhejiang province urban system is forming "one master + four secondary urban groups" structure,Jinhua for is location in the center of the administrative unit of Zhejiang province,which seems to be very necessary in the process of forming JinQuLi urban group.JinQuLi urban group takes Jinhua city as the core,being formed by integrating "Quzhou City + Lishui City",which plays an important role in the process of "linking the north and the sorth" and "connecting the west and the east",Longyou,Wuyi county in the urban chain of "Jinhua City-Quzhou City" and " Jinhua City-Lishui City"respectively plays node-center role;"Jinhua City-Pujiang County-Zhuji City-Shaoxing City" urban chain is the channel connecting Jinhua City and Hangzhou City together.In addition to build urban chain,it is also necessary to shape micro township center on the basis of the center with superior geographical conditions and good development foundation,and further developed into secondary urban group,playing the role of ties among the higher-level centers,Building cities chain and forming tripod development pattern,can elevate entire area urbanization level,in the meantime,appropriate administrative power intervention is also necessary,making centers layout more reasonable and develop according to the plan designed forehand.
